<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a parking lot managing device having an entering/exiting managing function using wireless communication to allow a nonstop passage at the time of entering and exiting and provide a charge discount service for a use of facilities. <P>SOLUTION: The parking lot managing system 1 is composed of: entrance-side and exit-side wireless communication sections 2 and 3 that communicate with an on-vehicle device 12 by wireless to receive characteristic information of an IC card 13; a ticket issue processing section 4 which issues a parking ticket where the characteristic information and entry time are recorded when an inserted IC card 13 is already received by the entrance-side wireless communication part 2, a service information recording section 5 which records service information; a prepayment section 6 for paying a charge based upon the recording information of the parking ticket; and an exiting processing section 7 which performs opening control over an exit gate 16 when the characteristic information that the exit-side wireless communication section 3 receives shows that the charge is prepaid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
