<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging method in which a system use state by user individuals and the load state of the whole system are taken into consideration. <P>SOLUTION: A transaction processing charging system is equipped with a means of detecting the load state of a hardware resource, a means of calculating hardware resource use states by user individuals in the time, a table of hardware resource consumption allocation by the users, and a table of charging by transaction processing. Each time a user indicates the execution of transaction processing, the load state of the whole system and a hardware resource that the user uses are calculated, and an additional price is calculated for charging when the hardware resource that the user occupies exceeds a reference value of allocation, when a large amount of data exceeding a standard processing amount are processed, or when transaction processing deviating a pattern of transaction is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
