<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure for a vertical divided door capable of suppressing intrusion of water from the outside of a vehicle in the vertical divided door in which a flange is not provided on a lower door at an end where a door side weather strip is resiliently contacted with a body side weather strip. <P>SOLUTION: In the structure, a clearing part end of a firstly closing lower door 2 and a laterly closing upper door 3 is resiliently contacted with the body side weather strip 1 provided on a door opening peripheral part of the body at a pair of vertical division door vertically divided, a back surface of a molded fin part 5 is resiliently contacted with an end of the door side weather strip 4 mounted to the flange 6 provided on the clearing part side of the lower door 2 and sealing is performed by resiliently contacting a surface of the fin part 5 with the upper door 3.
