PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking force controlling device of a vehicle capable of improving initial responsiveness even in controlling a braking force for the purpose of stable turning. SOLUTION: A turn stable controlling means calculates a target deceleration X"cop required for maintaining stable turn traveling of a vehicle, and provides a braking force according to the target deceleration X"cop to the vehicle when it is judged that a turning state quantity of the vehicle exceeds a braking action threshold kVL with a predetermined tolerance relative to a limit turning state quantity capable of stably traveling the vehicle. The means is provided with a turn limit estimation means estimating whether the turning state quantity exceeds the braking action threshold kVL or not after a predetermined delay time has elapsed from present. The turn stable controlling means starts providing a braking pressure for pressurization to a wheel cylinder when the turn limit estimation means estimates that the state quantity exceeds the braking action threshold kVL after the predetermined time has elapsed.
