PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device wherein stay of fluid is reduced even when a position of the valve device is changed, and also to provide a liquid injection device with the valve device. SOLUTION: Waste ink and air both sucked from a cap member through a tube T3 are flowed into a check valve 14 when a gear pump is driven. This flowed waste ink is guided in the vicinity of abutting protrusion 37, i.e. in the vicinity of a cap 51 of a diaphragm, along an inner side surface 38c of a spiral guide wall 38 in an upstream side valve chamber 33. Then, the waste ink and the air are flowed into a downstream side valve chamber when the upstream side valve chamber 33 and the downstream side valve chamber are communicated with each other. The waste ink and the air flowed into the downstream side valve chamber are flowed in a flow channel 43a of a fluid conducting member 43 through a cylinder or a bypass channel 46, and then are flowed into a first ink cartridge through a tube T4.
