PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic non-destructive and simple inspection device having a simple constitution for inspecting the inside of an object to be inspected in a non-destructive manner. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic non-destructive and simple inspection device 1 has a self-color developable sheetlike member 2 provided on the central part of its base in a freely replaceable manner and an ultrasonic output part 5 composed of an ultrasonic vibrator 3 and a matching layer 4 provided to the periphery of the sheetlike member 2 and equipped with a start indicating input switch (not shown). When an inspector brings the ultrasonic non-destructive and simple inspection device 1 into close contact with the object 7 to be inspected to perform the input operation of the start indicating input switch, a vibrator drive circuit 6 is started to irradiate the object 7 to be inspected with two ultrasonic waves 8 and 9 from the ultrasonic output part 5. One ultrasonic wave 8 is reflected by the flaw part 11 of a shallow part to become a reflected wave 8' and the other ultrasonic wave 9 is reflected by the flaw part 12 of a deep part to become a reflected wave 9' to irradiate the sheetlike member 2. The sheetlike member 2, which is constituted by providing a color forming layer 15 and a developer layer 14 comprising two small-diameter microcapsules on a support 13, develops different colors according to the reflected wave 8' and the reflected wave 9'.
