摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a measurement based on a transmission method in an X-ray analyzer using a two-dimensional X-ray detector. SOLUTION: This X-ray analyzer 1 has a sample block 4 for supporting a sample S horizontally, X-ray irradiation devices 7, 8 for irradiating the sample S with X-rays, a storage phosphor plate 9 for detecting X-rays R1, R2 emitted for the sample S, and an X-ray source arm 6 for supporting the X-ray irradiation devices 7, 8. The X-ray source arm 6 supports the X-ray irradiation devices 7, 8 in a position where an incident angleθs of an X-ray R0 with respect to the sample S is brought into at least one point within 0°-90°of angle range. The storage phosphor plate 9 is extended horizontally through an X-ray incident point P0 in the sample S, has a cylinder center axis X0 orthogonal to an incident X-ray beam to the sample S, and is provided in one part or over the whole of 180°-360°of angle range around the cylinder center axis X0 as the center, when an angle around the cylinder center axis X0 is made same to the X-ray incident angle to the sample S in reading angles thereof.
