PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof member capable of covering a corner part having various shapes formed by substantially crossing at right angles respectively of three planes and capable of waterproofing corner parts. SOLUTION: The waterproof member 10 is for corner parts formed by substantially crossing at right angles and partitioned into four sections by two partition lines A, B crossing at right angles. One of the partition zone is constituted of the first sheet part 14 having a cutout notch 12 to form an L-shaped one partition zone, and composed of the second sheet part 20 and the third sheet part 22 mutually bent in right angle extending while crossing at right angles with respect to the first sheet part 14 from L-shaped two straight lines 16, 18 and bent at mutually right angle, and formed freely foldably on the two partition lines A, B.
