PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute so that a ram lock may not be released when working. SOLUTION: The working vehicle is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder 3 supporting wheels or an axle of the vehicle, lock means 4, 5 which hydraulically lock the hydraulic cylinder 3 or release the hydraulic lock, a pedal operation detection means 22 detecting the operation of the traveling pedal, a vehicle speed detection means 21 detecting the vehicle speed, a work detection means 23 detecting whether it is during working or not, and an automatic lock control means 10. The automatic lock control means 10 controls the lock means 4, 5 so as to hydraulically lock the hydraulic cylinder 3 when non-operation of the traveling pedal is detected by a pedal operation detection means 22, and the stoppage of the vehicle or the travel of not larger than a predetermined speed is detected by the vehicle speed detected by the vehicle speed detection means 21 (the lock operation condition is effected), and so as to release the hydraulic lock when the lock operation condition ends up in failure, and the non-operation is detected by the work detection means 23.
