PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed effectively inducing dormancy to a user lying on the bed. SOLUTION: This bed is provided with a bed body having a mount face 10 mounted with bedding 16 on which the user lies, and a foot board 11 provided on the bed body 1 to be positioned in the foot side of the user lying on the bed body 1.
