PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a token lending machine which lends out tokens under an advantageous transaction condition to customers who are lined up to continuously execute transactions even when the switching time to switch the transaction condition for lending out the tokens comes. SOLUTION: In a storage means 44, the plurality of transaction conditions for lending out the tokens, the switching time to switch the transaction conditions, and continuous transaction time for judging that the next transaction continues from the previous transaction of lending out the tokens are stored. A control means 46 switches the transaction condition when the switching time comes and the continuous transaction time elapses without the next transaction after the previous transaction. When the switching time comes and there is the next transaction within the continuous transaction time after the previous transaction, the control means 46 lends out the tokens under the transaction condition advantageous to the customers.
