<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital/analog converter capable of prolonging a service life of a thin film element while reducing influences of current stress by approximately making uniform operating times of current cells. <P>SOLUTION: A digital/analog converter is comprised of digital data inputs B1-B6, decoders 302, 304, rearrangement circuits 310, 311 and a plurality of current cells. The digital data inputs receive digital input data. The decoders decode the digital input data to produce decoded data. The rearrangement circuits change the order of bits of the decoded data and output rearranged data. Each of the current cells comprises a current source and an internal logic gate, and the internal logic gate determines whether or not a current is to be outputted from the current source based on the rearranged data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
