PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely gain a photographing image and an image for specifically processing the photographing image without feeling a sense of incompatibility by a person as a subject and a photographer. SOLUTION: An imaging device has an image gaining means for gaining the image by using an imaging element photoelectrically converting a subject image, and display means 7 and 10 for displaying the gaining of the image. The imaging device further has a control means for obtaining a first image and a second image used for the specific processing to the first image by controlling the image gaining means.
