PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high load transmission belt and its manufacturing method for reducing pitch of a block, reducing occurrence of noise when running, dispensing with a finish process by reducing resin leakage during molding of the block without causing burr, and making it advantageous from the viewpoint of manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In this high load transmission belt 1 constituted in such a way that a plurality of blocks 2 are provided along the longitudinal direction of a center belt 3 and the block 2 has protruding parts 8, 9 meshing with recessed parts 7, 8 in the direction of width provided on the center belt 3 to prevent it from moving by meshing both of them, the block 2 is made of polyamide resin obtained by casting molding.
