PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack easily and effectively replacing a defective battery. SOLUTION: A fastening bolt (400A) is inserted into a positioning hole (217A) opened at an electrode tab (215B) of a flat battery (210), and the other fastening bolt is jointed to the fastening bolt in thickness direction of the flat battery to position the flat battery, and these processes are repeated to assemble the battery pack.
