PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for discriminating the authenticity of a graphic, which can increase the effect of discriminating the truth by printing a particular position of graphic, reflecting color spectrum distribution and an image of fibrous material, and magnifying the image to the multiple having a difference between true and false images, thereby performing mechanical operation based on the discrimination of the difference. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a placing table, transporting device, at least one light source equipment, at least one camera lens set, controller, programmable discrimination element and export switching unit. The transporting device transports a discrimination object to the placing table. The light source equipment irradiates the discrimination object. The camera lens set moves by a power member, and also reflects the image at a specific position of the discrimination object. The controller reflects the reflected image after magnifying it to the multiple having the difference between true and false images, and performs discrimination processing of the difference by using the discrimination element. The export-switching unit performs switching to the specific export position according to the result of discrimination processing, thereby performing the export of the discrimination object.
