PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus driver in which operation speed does not decrease even with the increased number of blocks, and a selector using the bus driver thereof. SOLUTION: The bus driver 100 is connected to a bus 10. The bus driver 100 comprises eight bus driver circuits 20. Thus, the bus 10 is shared by the eight bus driver circuits 20. The bus driver circuit 20 comprises NMOS's 21-23 and a bus holder circuit 24. The bus holder circuit 24 has PMOS's 25, 26 and an inverter 27. The PMOS's 25, 26 of the bus holder circuit 24 and the inverter 27 as well as a bus holder circuit 34 having a structure in which PMOS's 35, 36 and an inverter 37 are replaced are connected to the bus 10.
