PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust spring load of a movable bulkhead member sealing an oil chamber in a damper cylinder. SOLUTION: In this front fork 10 of the motorcycle constituted by providing the movable bulkhead member (a free piston 34) in a wheel side tube 12 to seal the oil chamber 27 in the damper cylinder 21 and energize the movable bulkhead member by a spring means 42 in the wheel side tube 12, a subcylinder 43 communicating with a piston side oil chamber 27B is provided at the outer periphery in a lower part of the wheel side tube 12, and a piston 120 for sealing an oil chamber 44 in the subcylinder 43 is provided to let the piston 120 advance and retract by external operation and adjust spring load of a spring 42.
