PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide latching instrument for latching a hook in a safety belt to a suspension bolt. SOLUTION: This latching instrument capable of being detachably locked in the suspension bolt and latching the hook is provided with two plate bodies pivoted to a pivot shaft openably and closably and a turn regulation means for regulating turn to prevent two closed plate bodies from opening. Holes are formed in two plate bodies to latch the hook while turn is regulated by the turn regulation means, respectively. Two plate bodies are provided with channels provided with screw threads to constitute a female screw capable of screw-fitting in the suspension bolt when closed, respectively.
