PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed cylindrical roller bearing for rolling stock capable of reducing the exchange cost of sealing devices. SOLUTION: This sealed cylindrical roller bearing for the rolling stock comprises a double-row cylindrical roller bearing 40 in which double-row cylindrical rollers 3 are rollingly disposed circumferentially between an inner ring 2 and an outer ring 1 with a flange part 1a through a retainer 50 and the sealing devices 20 and 30 fitted to both axial ends of the outer ring 1. The pocket part 51 of the retainer 50 is so formed that when the inner ring 2 is removed, the circumscribed circle diameter part of the cylindrical roller 3 falls to the radial inner side of the inner diameter surface of the flange part 1a of the outer ring 1.
