PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for effectively masking scratch occurring on the surface of a bottle with a small coating quantity. SOLUTION: The composition for masking the scratch on the bottle contains following components, that are a component (A): 100 pts.mass silicone oil having 5-100 cSt dynamic viscosity at 25°C, a component (B): 0.5-20 pts.mass at least one kind of a compound selected from a group comprising rosin, a hydrogenated product of rosin and a polyhydric alcohol ester thereof, a component (C): 1-20 pts.mass nonionic surfactant per 100 pts.mass in total of the component (A) and the component (B) and a component (D):100-1,000 pts.mass water.
