PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress rise of temperature near an engine and a continuously variable transmission in a riding type working vehicle provided with the engine and the continuously variable transmission at a front part of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: In the riding type working vehicle, an output shaft 31c is projected to the lateral outside of right or left of the engine 31. The vehicle is constituted such that it is provided with a fan 35 at an opposite side to the output shaft 31c and cooling air is passed from the lateral outside of the engine to a neighborhood to the engine 31 and flows to the output shaft 31c side by the fan 35. The vehicle is constituted such that it is provided with the continuously variable transmission 32 at a rear side of the engine 31 and power of the engine 31 is transmitted to the continuously variable transmission 32 through a transmission belt 37. The vehicle is further constituted such that it is provided with a fan 36 on an input shaft of the continuously variable transmission 32 and cooling air flows from the continuously variable transmission to the lateral outside by the fan 36. In the vehicle, an exhaust pipe 53 is rearwardly extended from the output shaft 31c side beyond the continuously variable transmission 32 and a muffler 52 is provided in the exhaust pipe 53 at a rear part more than the continuously variable transmission 32.
