PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend an automatic stop time of an air blower in blowing outside air conditioning air out of a car interior by vehicle traveling dynamic pressure when the air blower automatically stops. SOLUTION: The air blower is automatically stopped when target blow-out temperature TAO is within a predetermined intermediate temperature range (S80), it is corrected to the high temperature side by comparing air mix door opening with the time of actuating the air blower when an outside air mode is selected and outside air temperature Tam is lower than the first predetermined temperature (15°C) (S120) and it is corrected to the low temperature side by comparing the air mix door opening with the time of actuating the air blower when the outside air temperature Tam is higher than the second predetermined temperature (25°C) (S130).
