PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument, gradually twisting the body part by part with reference to the sound and load generated when a weight strikes on a partition plate, so that everyone can easily take exercise to effectively increase the muscular strength of the whole body. SOLUTION: The partition plates 2 are provided in several portions of the circular instrument 1, and the weight 3 is inserted therein.
