PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device for vehicle allowing easy cleaning of the seat surface. SOLUTION: The seat device for vehicle comprises an intake air duct 3 provided inside a backrest part 1 and a seating part 2, ventilating holes 4 communicating with the intake air duct 3, a blower 5 (5a, 5b and 5c), a fan duct 6, a bellows part 7, a dust filter 8, and a deodorization filter 9. When the blower 5 is operated, air in a car room is sent outside through seat surface materials 1a and 2a, the ventilating holes 4, the intake air duct 3, a case 5c of the blower 5, the bellows part 7 and the fan duct 6.
