PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flower arrangement fixing device which is an alternative to conventional flower arrangement fixing devices for solving the problems that a so-called water absorption foam or oasis has a low strength and can easily chip and a metal pinholder has to be fitted to a flower bowl in size. SOLUTION: The flower arrangement fixing device pierced with a stem of a cut flower for fixing it can fix the flower or a plant to a mushroom bed charcoal 1 made by drying and carbonizing a mushroom bed charcoal primarily consisting of sawdust and woodchips, and the mushroom bed charcoal 1 has a rectangular block, a plate, a pyramid shape or a rectangular block with a hollow 6 in the center, or is pulverized into particles 7.
