PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky transplanter provided with a preliminary seedling table set not to cause an obstruction in loading the sulky transplanter on a truck bed or housing in a barn. SOLUTION: This sulky transplanter is provided with support frames 33, 36 on front side part of an operating section and the preliminary seedling loading section 39 on which seedlings are loaded, on the supporting frames 33, 36, wherein the preliminary seedling loading section 39 is constituted as position variable on a using position in which the preliminary seedling loading section 39 turns in the outside direction and a housing position in which the preliminary seedling loading section 39 turns in vertical direction.
