PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting filter device capable of changing a bandwidth of the filter without changing a filter pattern. SOLUTION: A superconducting filter device 20 for filtering a high frequency electric signal includes a filter pattern 22 comprised of a superconductive material formed on a substrate 28 comprised of dielectric material. A signal input line 24 and a signal output line 25 extend from a periphery of the filter pattern 22. An adjustment plate 36 comprised of an electrically conductive material is located above the filter pattern 22 with a predetermined distance therebetween. The distance between the filter pattern 22 and the adjustment plate 36 is changed to change a signal pass bandwidth and a center frequency. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
