<p>The problem solved by the invention relates to the system that enables obtaining the queuing number in the waiting room and information on the queue status, from distance, by telephone text messages. The system comprises the following components: main computer, GSM modem, printer, keyboard, display and counter equipment, which components enable obtaining, recording, follow up and sending of queuing numbers to clients by SMS messages. The client is to have a GSM device that enables sending and receiving of SMS messages on the queue status. The system enables the client to book the queuing number in two ways: by coming to the waiting room to collect the number, or by calling by the mobile phone, by means of an SMS message. The system automatically sends to the client an SMS message containing the requested queuing number. Subsequently, the client, by means of SMS messages, requests and obtains information on the queue status. The system reduces the time that each client is to spend in the waiting room, this resulting in significant time savings. The queue information, received by the messages, enable the client to spend the time otherwise spent in the waiting room, in a more beneficial manner.</p> |
