<p>A parking brake with wedge type two-way freewheeling clutch for a vehicle comprises an outer ring and an inner ring between which two sets of wedges are placed. For the purpose of the aim of driving or reversing or stopping vehicle, a movable fork can be used to displace the wedges located between the outer ring and the inner ring. In terms of production sections on both sides of the outer ring, which sections contact with a front covering and a rear covering, are machined to be convex, and sections of the front covering and rear covering, which sections contact with the outer ring, are machined to be concave. In the process of assembling, the convex sections and the concave sections are aligned in a press-fit manner and are fixed to each other by welding.</p> |
