There is provided an organic semiconductor thin film containing an organic semiconductor compound. The organic semiconductor thin film is characterized in that it is produced by a step of mixing the organic semiconductor compound with an organic solvent and forming a film by using a solution or a dispersion liquid at an adjusted room temperature and that the half-value width of the diffraction peak of the maximum strength in the X-ray diffraction spectrum is 0.4 degrees or below.
