<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte containing an organic compound containing an organic polymer having a hydroxyl group and a complex compound consisting of an inorganic compound and water with little performance degradation even at a high temperature of 100°C or higher, as well as an electrochemical system using the solid electrolyte. <P>SOLUTION: As a basic means, the solid electrolyte is to be a complex compound consisting of an organic compound containing an organic polymer having a hydroxyl group, the inorganic compound and water, containing a complex compound in which a part or the whole of the hydroxyl group of the organic polymer having the hydroxyl group is combined with at least a kind out of phosphoric acid and boric acid by being dipped into a solution containing at least a kind out of phosphoric acid and boric acid or being given a treatment of coating of the solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
