<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of an organic electroluminescent element comprises a stage of forming a sealing layer 13 on a sealing substrate 11 by coating and heat-treating a composition for forming the sealing layer; a stage of applying a plasma treatment on the sealing substrate 11 on which, the sealing layer 13 is formed; a stage of applying a sealant 14 at least on the sealing substrate 11 treated by plasma, or on a substrate 10 on which, an organic electroluminescent part 12 formed by successively laminating a first electrode, a light emitting layer, and a second electrode is formed; and a stage of jointing the sealing substrate 11 and the substrate 10 on which, the organic electroluminescent part is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
