<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a path searcher which eliminates sidelobe component of a path which is generated by letting a received signal pass in a band filter from power delay profile, and detects the pass accurately. <P>SOLUTION: The path searcher is provided with a generating means 402 for generating the power delay profile based on a received signal, a means 406 which obtains the sidelobe component of a path from an impulse response characteristic of an roll-off filter, a means 407 which removes the sidelobe component from the power delay profile to produce a corrected power delay profile, and a means 408 for detecting a path timing based on the corrected power delay profile. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
