PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle controlling device that can reduce harshness. SOLUTION: When the vehicle is in a braking state (S10) and when the harshness occurs (S14), the increase timing of the rotational driving force of a wheel 2 is calculated (S16) and the rotational driving force is increased by the increase timing (S18). Consequently, a lower arm 31 can be displaced forward to a car body 4, which can make a backward displacement amount of the lower arm 31 larger.
