<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens array capable of improving sensitivity when being used for a solid-state imaging apparatus and improving brightness of an image surface when being used for a liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: In the lens array, a plurality of condenser lenses are arranged in the longitudinal and transverse directions, the respective condenser lenses are disposed and used so as to correspond to respective pixels arranged on a two-dimensional plane one to one.
