TERMINAL BOX FOR SOLAR CELL MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide conductor pieces onto a terminal board without reducing a radiation area.

SOLUTION: A bypass diode 50 is bridged between two terminal boards 30 arranged on a substrate 11 in parallel. The bypass diode 50 is formed of a bare chip diode in a chip shape and of a pair of conductor pieces 51 connected onto the corresponding terminal boards 30 while they sandwich the bare chip diode. Guide walls 37 guiding both conductor pieces 51 onto the terminal boards 30 are erected on the terminal boards 30. The guide walls 37 are formed by raising a part of the terminal boards 30, and they are arranged along a length direction and a width direction of the conductor pieces 51.
