PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-size Vbus control circuit for electronic equipment having reliability and excellent in a cost aspect as compared with a conventional control circuit, in the control circuit used so as to connect host equipment and device equipment by an interface such as a USB cable.

SOLUTION: This Vbus control circuit for the electronic equipment controlling a protocol or power of the device equipment has a regulator 11 performing the control.
