PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproduction speed change-over circuit for a disk device capable of freely changing over a display speed of a video displayed on a screen of a monitor according to a level of pressing operation of a key switch. SOLUTION: The reproduction speed change-over circuit is provided with a movable member 19 whose one end is used as an operation part 19a and the other end 19b has magnetism and a coil 20, and is provided with a key switch 18 for outputting a feeble current generated in the coil 20 according to the forward/backward movement of the movable member 19 when the operation part 19a is operated, a signal conversion part 23 for converting an output voltage of this key switch 18 into a digital signal, and a control means 24 for receiving a reproduction video signal from a disk type information storage medium and controlling a display means for displaying the video on the screen of the monitor by outputting an instruction signal according to a level of the digital signal from this signal conversion part 23, and for changing over a display speed of this reproduced video.
