PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver circuit improving the operable frequency of an equalizer and applicable to high-speed signal transmission. SOLUTION: The equalizer 30 in the receiver circuit is provided with: an input circuit 31 having a first transformer conductor 32 and a first passive element circuit 33 which are driven by an input signal; an output circuit 34 having a second transformer conductor 35 directly connected to the first transformer conductor 32 and capable of outputting a restored signal; and a feedback circuit 36 having a third transformer conductor 37 and a second passive element circuit 38 which are connected to the second transformer conductor 35 in a reverse parallel state. The first and second passive element circuits 33, 38 are arranged so as to adjust respective element values in accordance with first and second control voltages and adjust the frequency characteristics of the input circuit 31 and the feedback circuit 36 in accordance with the element values.
