PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide terminal equipment capable of keeping production of a video image at an optional viewpoint in real time, even if a part of cameras is faulty in a remote environment wherein a plurality of the cameras are installed. SOLUTION: The terminal equipment 1 is provided with: an environmental information storage section 104 for storing operating state information or the like of camera servers; a selective object camera ranking calculation section 108 for ranking the camera servers 3 capable of photographing a target region on the basis of the operating state information or the like of the camera servers; a camera object selection section 109 for selecting the camera server 3 with the highest ranking among the camera servers 3 not selected even at once to produce the video image of the optional viewpoint; and an optional viewpoint video generation section 112 for generating an optional viewpoint video in an occlusion non-occurrence region and using a next candidate camera server reselected by the camera object selection section 109 to generate again the optional viewpoint video for a defective part when the defective part exists in the optional viewpoint video and there exist the camera servers 3 not selected yet.
