PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of an anchor device of high working efficiency particularly suitable for a slope. SOLUTION: In this anchor device 1, an anchor 10 has a rope connection part for connecting one end of a rope, at a longitudinal center part or between the center part and the tip part. In a place to anchor the anchor 10 in the slope, a guide hole 21 is drilled almost vertically in the ground under the slope down to the depth equivalent to a length at least from the rear end of the anchor 10 to the connection part of a wire rope 20. When the anchor 10 is anchored along the guide hole 21, a lead-out hole 22 communicating with the guide hole 21 is drilled almost horizontally in the ground below the slope from a place separated downward on the slope from the guide hole 21, toward a position where the connection part of the wire rope 20 is located. One end of the wire rope 20 is connected to the rope connection parts 17, 18 of the anchor 10, and the other end of the wire rope 10 passing through the guide hole 21 and the lead-out hole 22 is led out of the ground surface from the lead-out hole 22.
