PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly efficiently perform snow removal work even with a snowplow at an outdoor parking space, to remarkably reduce equipment and running costs as compared with the snow melting method with a heating element, and also to prevent reckless driving of a automobile or bike over the parking space. SOLUTION: A groove-shaped car stopper 3 provided at a prescribed position on the parking road surface 1 has a substantially L shape in a vertical section in which a downward inclined face toward the interior from a front side of a parking direction is made a tire receiving face 4 and a rear face raised from the lower end of the tire receiving face 4 is made a tire stop face 5 forming a hook-shaped longitudinal section. The groove-shaped car stopper 3 is recessed over a width so that one or more cars can park thereon. Several car stop blocks 6, 6,... are installed along the tire stop face 5.
