PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water storage device capable of easily maintaining a water storage tank by washing/removing a deposit such as flowing-in soil and sand. SOLUTION: In the water storage device 1, a laminate 2 having a laminated water retardation material 20 is arranged in the water storage tank A and the top face of the water storage tank A is closed by the laminate 2 and the water storage tank A can be utilized effectively.
