PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device at a low cost, which can wash the entire are of a tunnel inner wall surface by a small number of nozzles, and can recover waste water generated after the washing for reusing the same in the washing. SOLUTION: The tunnel inner wall surface washing device is of a vehicle type, and functions to wash the wall surface by ejecting washing water. The washing device is formed of vehicle bases 110, 100, a stand section 70 which is movable in a tunnel longitudinal direction and tunnel circumferential direction along the tunnel inner wall surface, and an ejection port 30 arranged on the stand section 70, for ejecting the washing water at high pressure toward the tunnel inner wall surface.
