PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-cylinder rotating helical propeller capable of generating strong thrust and realizing high speed flight and energy-saving. SOLUTION: Two sheets of helical propellers 1 are provided on a shaft 3 of the form of a part of the streamlined form. A shaft 2 of an engine is provided on the center thereof. A cylinder 4 of the form of a part of the streamlined form is provided around the helical propeller 1. A rear fixing arm 8 for fixing the cylinder of the form of a part of the streamlined form and a rear bearing 7 is provided around the helical propeller 1. A front bearing 6 having the form of a part of the streamlined form is provided on a front side of the helical propeller 1. A front fixing arm 5 for fixing the cylinder 4 of the form of a part of the streamlined form and the front bearing 6 is provided. The cylinder 4 of the form of a part of the streamlined form is fixed to the engine or a vehicle body.
