PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever device for hydraulic operation to generate an oil pressure in a master cylinder through turning of a lever, structured so as to push one end of a push rod to actuate the piston of the master cylinder by an adjuster provided on the lever, capable of making constant the motion of the push rod regardless of adjustment by the adjuster. SOLUTION: To the master cylinder 2, the lever 1 is supported rotatably by a rotational center axis 4, while a knocker member 20 provided separately from the lever 1 is coaxially supported rotatably. One end of the push rod 15 to move the piston 6 is fitted in the knocker part 21 of the knocker member 20. The spacing between the push rod 15 and the knocker part 21 is made constant even if the adjuster 19 is adjusted and the spacing to the knocker part 21 is varied. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
