PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy while use achievements are still insufficient for performing automatic energy saving. SOLUTION: When an energy-saving warming mode is selected in an electric hot water storage container, this energy saving warming method performs, while storage of use achievement data is still insufficient for performing the energy-saving warming, a quasi energy saving warming preventing a power consumption from exceeding a regular warming and from lowering the energy-saving warming to store the use achievement data and, when the insufficiency in the use achievement data is relieved, changes over to the energy-saving warming based on the stored use achievement data.
