<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual acuity exercising apparatus which is convenient. <P>SOLUTION: The visual acuity exercising apparatus 1 is provided with: at least one lenses 20R and 20L where the transmitting state and the transmission restricted state of light can be switched periodically; a controller 30 connected to the lenses 20R and 20L and generating a pulse signal for switching the transmitting state and the transmission restricted state of the lenses 20R and 20L; and an attaching and detaching mechanism 10 which makes the lenses 20R and 20L attachable and detachable to and from a frame 60 etc., by insert-holding the frame 60 to be mounted to the head of a person and another glass frame or lens.
