<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective garment preventing contamination with blood, body fluid or the like, easy to take out goods stored in a garment worn under the protective garment such as a medical check wear. <P>SOLUTION: This protective garment is worn by a health worker at work of medical check or treatment, and is provided with a slit 17 for approaching the inside of the protective garment 1 from outside; a covering member 18 formed so as to cover the slit 17 and having an opening part 21 for approaching the inside of the preventive garment 1.
